Nourished protein bars are vegan.

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime up to 24 hours before your next order is processed. Login into your online account, head to subscriptions.  On each subscription you will have the option to cancel.  Submit the form and our customer love team will confirm the change has been made to your account.

Due to the personalisation of our products, we are unable to offer returns on our items.  However if you feel your item is faulty please speak with our team who will be happy to help.

Our protein bars are personalised products therefore we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless faulty.  If the item you have received is faulty, please contact our team with your registered email address, order number and photos of the product.

We currently use FEDEX to ship or US orders.

Our wrappers are made from pulp wood, all our packaging is home compostible and environmentally friendly.

Customs can sometimes keep packages for up to 30 days. Although this is beyond our control, we want all our customers to receive their packages as soon as possible. Please contact customerlove@get-nourished.com.
