Subscription

We use Recharge to offer Nourished subscriptions.

You can choose to pay monthly ($59.99) with a delivery every 28 days or an upfront 3 monthly cost of $149.99 (3 monthly boxes will be delivered to you on your first order) 

For monthly subscriptions, payment will be deducted every 28 days from your chosen payment method.

For rolling 3 month subscriptions, payment will be deducted every 84 days from you chosen payment method.

Subscriptions will auto renew to ensure you keep getting your stacks, with no interruptions, unless you make any amendments or cancellations to your subscription.

 

Refunds & Returns

All our stacks are made on demand and are personalised products. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the items are faulty.  If a faulty item is received, please reach out to our team with your registered details, order number and clear photos of your item.

Subscription Cancellation

You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime up to 24 hours before the recurring order is processed by contacting our team at customerlove@get-nourished.com

 

Delivery & Tracking

All of our monthly Nourished subscription boxes are shipped via FedEx.  

Our shipping handler will notify you via your registered contact details of an estimated delivery date and time. Our shipping handler will attempt delivery to your registered shipping address twice.  If the shipping handler is unable to make a delivery the items may be returned to us and additional shipping charges incurred. 

All of orders are made specially for you, with great care and attention in our UK HQ.  We ask all our customers to allow 14 working days to receive their Nourished box from the time of order placement (pending customs clearance). 

 

Package Protection

Package Protection can be added to your purchase at checkout.  The option is defaulted to 'Yes', so if you do not wish to have Package Protection added to your purchase, simply toggle the option to deselect it.

Package Protection allows you to claim against any lost, damaged, or stolen orders through the Route app, whilst also giving you full visibility of your parcels journey.

Rewards and Loyalty

To access your loyalty account, you must first register your email and create a password. Once this has been completed, you will then have access to the reward section in which you can earn reward points. You will also be able to view your current reward points balance here too.

At any time and without prior notice, Nourished may change the available rewards by withdrawing, limiting, modifying, or cancelling the continued availability of a reward or the number of points required to obtain a particular reward or tier.

By signing up to our loyalty program, we may collect, hold, use, or disclose information internally about you in connection with your account, points, or rewards. Information may include personal information and transactional details relating to points earned and requests for rewards. We will use this information for purposes of our loyalty program to provide and market rewards and services to you.
