All of our products are Non GMO.

Each stack includes 7 different layers of Nourishments within them. The size of the stacks is approx 2.3cm in width and 1cm depth

All of our stacks are printed on demand. They can differ in appearance due to the crops used or the calibration of the printer. If you have any questions about your stacks please reach out to our team customerlove@get-nourished.com

Our stacks are designed to take one stack per day, they can be taken at anytime throughout the day to fit in with your daily routine.

We do not recommend for you to consume more than one stack at any one time.  We understand they can be very tasty, but over consumption may result in a laxative effect.

Our stacks have a shelf life of 12 months. All of our personalised orders are printed on demand.

We spent time making sure all of our ingredients are naturally sourced, vegan and all from UK suppliers.

We do advise to allow 8-12 weeks of taking any nutrient and supplements to start to feel a difference. Everybody is different it very much depends on the individual.

Nourished has been developed and formulated for humans. As such some of the ingredients used within Nourished products are potentially dangerous for animals to consume.  If your pet does consume any Nourished products, please contact your vet immediately.
